Nikki Haley said India can help US to keep an eye on Pakistan

New Delhi, October 18: India can support the US for keeping an eye on Pakistan and combating terrorism said the US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley in an event organized by US India Friendship Council on Wednesday. Tackling terrorism is the new strategy of President Donald Trump in Afghanistan and South Asia and partnership with India is also one of the pillars of that strategy.

 

To finish the terrorism from the Afghanistan and throughout South Asia is the major point of interest for America so that terrorists should be eliminated from the safe havens. The US will try to keep terrorists away from the nuclear weapons out of their hands. She further added that America will look to its economic and security partnerships with India.

Addressing the event she stated that US cannot tolerate Pakistan or any other government giving safe haven to terrorists and is looking at India to help US more in Afghanistan particularly in the sections of economic and development for assistance.
