Minnesota, October 23: In modern lifestyle, obesity is an integral health problem. Losing weight is many people’s common goal nowadays. Now a research paper suggests Mushroom, the high protein food can help you in the process. Having mushroom in breakfast can help to control weight.

Mushroom not only gives enough nutrition but also keeps the stomach full for a long time. A researcher and Professor from the USA’s Minnesota University have advised this. As it controls our huger, the tendency to have high-calorie food declines. High-calorie food intake is one of the major reasons of weight gain.

Though Mushroom is not an animal protein still it has more nutritional value than animal proteins. In addition to that, this food can easily be digested. Hence from the point of health and digestion issues also, mushroom is very much helpful.

The researchers compared animal protein and white button mushroom for nutritional value for 10 days. They concluded from the participators in the research, people having mushroom in breakfast have a lesser tendency of food intake.
