Persons like P Parameswaran is inspiration for society: RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat

Speaking at the gathering marking the occasion of 90th birthday celebrations of Parameswaran who is also a senior RSS swayamsevak and president of Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari, Bhagwat lauded his contribution to society.

Recounting the erstwhile days of RSS when Parameswaran had worked relentlessly for the expansion of organization, Bhagwat said that he has dedicated his whole life for the betterment of the society like a missionary. The RSS Chief mentioned that presence of people like Parameswaran is very vital for the society.

Commenting on the progress of Bharatheeya Vichara Kendram Dr. Bhagwat opined that swayamsevaks along with the intelligentsia in the society should expand the work in all 40 centers in order to produce the world-class intellectual stuff for the society.

Sharing a personal experience about the towering personality of P Parameswaran senior BJP leader and first MLA of BJP in Kerala O. Rajagopal narrated the story of how the senior RSS leader had turned down the offer of Member of Parliament. On this occasion, the RSS Chief released the book ‘Heart Beats of Hindu Nation’, penned by Parameswaran.
