India is becoming hub of quality education, youths from across the world are coming for educational activities: Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi

New Delhi, October 27: Youths from across the world are coming to India for educational activities and this will lead India to become a hub of accessible and quality education said the Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Thursday during meeting with a 7-member delegation of PINTA, an NGO working in education field in Malaysia at Antyodaya Bhawan, New Delhi.

 

Talking about the educational activities Naqvi said that in last three years of the NDA Government, a large number of students from other countries are coming to India for educational activities. He further added that to provide accessible and quality education to every section of the society including Minorities, Government is working with commitment. Education is the center point of empowerment.

 

Minister Naqvi and delegation of PINTA have discussed on various programmes and schemes which are being run by the central government aiming at educational empowerment such as 3Ts- Teacher, Tiffin & Toilet, Garib Nawaz Skill Development Programme, Begum Hazrat Mahal Girl Scholarship and others.

 

The schemes being run by Minority Affairs Ministry for the empowerment of all Minorities has been lauded by the delegation from Malaysia. Ministry’s effective initiatives have been also appreciated for connecting the Madarsas with the modern and mainstream education system.
