Modi offers prayers at Manjunatha temple, says devoted for the welfare of Indians

Ujire, Oct 29: Hailing the contribution of D Veerendra Heggade, Chief Patron of Dharmasthala trust Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that his relentless efforts towards the upliftment of the society would transform the lives of millions. Addressing a public gathering, the Prime Minister appreciated the role of the Dharmasthala trust towards the empowerment of women.

On this occasion, he launched the logo of the environmental protection campaign of Dharmasthala Rural Development Organisation. He extended his best wishes for ‘Preserve Mother Earth, and Transfer to Next Generation’ programme.




Expressing happiness over the activity of distribution of RuPay card Modi urged people to adopt the habit of digital transactions with the platform like Bhim App and RuPay card. He further noted that digital regime reduces the corrupt practices of those who cheat the system.


Underlining the importance of skill development Modi pitched for the judicious use of demographic dividend. He also urged farmers to adopt new techniques such as organic farming in order to protect the earth. The Prime Minister expressed that Government of India would take all possible steps so that fruits of development should reach the intended beneficiaries without any scope of corruption.


Earlier PM Modi offered prayers at Shri Manjunatha Swamy Temple. On this occasion Union Minister Ananth Kumar BJP, Sadanand Gauda Karnataka Chief B S Yeddyurappa, and D Veerendra Heggade Chief Patron of Dharmasthala trust and other officials were present.
