Amravati, Oct 30: Kick-starting the much-anticipated farmers' study tour initiate, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu today flagged off the first batch of farmers' Singapore tour. According to government officials near about 123 farmers have been selected for the unique venture where farmers will be introduced to the various development activities crafted by Singapore government.

 

Addressing the small gathering Naidu reiterated that his government would fulfill all promises made during 2014 polls. He further expressed that farmers would witness the real development in Singapore. The Chief Minister also thanked farmer community for backing state government. "I will fulfill all my promises to the farmers who gave away their lands for constructing people's capital." Said Chandrababu.


Under the banner of Capital Region Development Authority, the first batch which consists of 34 farmers will study the best agro practices adopted by Singapore According to media Reports Rs, 40 lakh has been sanctioned for the ambitious project of Naidu.
