Subramanian Swamy opposes compulsory Aadhaar linkage

New Delhi, Oct 31: Raising serious objection over the Aadhaar based flagship programme of Central government, senior BJP leader, and Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy has turned down the idea of compulsory Aadhaar linkage.
Subramanian Swamy took to Twitter and expressed his reservation over the Aadhaar policy adopted by Modi government. He further announced that he would brief Prime Minister Modi about the national security issues associated with the Aadhaar platform.
The senior BJP leader expressed that the apex court would reject the plea of central government making Aadhaar compulsory to avail welfare scheme benefits.
