Rajnish Kumar will be the next SBI chairman

Mumbai, Oct 4: Rajnish Kumar, who is serving as the Managing Director of State Bank of India, has been selected for the top job of SBI chairman.
Cabinet Committee for Appointments has ratified the name of Kumar who will replace the incumbent chairman Arundhati Bhattacharya. Bhattacharya will complete her stint on Friday after the extension of one year.
