Now grow your merchandise with ‘WhatsApp Business’ app, launches soon

The new app lets users create a business profile, besides other features such as chat migration, Auto Responses and Analytics. Also, users can register to the app using a landline number.

Also, User can set the business name, location, verified or unverified badge, email address, website, and business description. There is an option to choose a category to suit your business too and some of the options include Event Planning & Service, Automotive, Grocery & Supermarket, etc.

The automated message option will let you set an 'away' status and save a custom message with both text and emoji so that your clients who try to reach you will get an automated response when you are away. User can also set it with a start and end time and date. For now, it looks like WhatsApp Business will have basic features and we can expect more to come as it is in the beta testing phase right now.
