Thiruvananthapuram, October 9: Kerala is still haunted by the ‘political killings’ of RSS workers, after the horrifying lynching of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh RSS worker Rajesh the state police have made a charge sheet of 13 Communist Party of India (Marxist) supporters in a connection with murder of RSS activist Rajesh. 

In the month of August, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh staged a protest to express anger condemning the murder of RSS activist Rajesh. More than 25 cases of rioting, unlawful assembly, destruction of property, criminal trespass and violation of the Arms Act were registered in connection with the violence that abated following a series of peace meeting between CPM and BJP leaders on August 3.

The suspects have been booked under the charges of conspiracy, murder, unlawful assembly, rioting, violation of the arms and explosives act and provisions of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The police submitted 100 documents, including forensic reports, and 61 material objects. Assistant Commissioner Pratapan Nair chargesheeted this case.

The black day for Kerala when the goons of the ruling Communist Party of India (Marxist) allegedly attacked and brutally murdered RSS Rajesh in Kerala's Thiruvananthapuram. This is no new for Kerala RSS workers as according to State Crime Records Bureau, since 1991, 45 CPM workers and 42 RSS-BJP workers have been killed allegedly by political rivals in Kannur. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley too visited the family of Rajesh and paid his condolences.
