Fifth accused involved in killings of Hindu leaders arrested by the Punjab Police

Ludhiana, November 11: The fifth accused has been arrested by the Punjab Police who was involved in killings of Hindu leaders as well as a Pastor. According to the police, the differently made five pistols were recovered as well as the passport. More disclosures were expected as the investigation is still going on.

 

Addressing the press conference in Ludhiana, Director General of Police Suresh Arora said that near Fatehgarh Sahib, the fifth accused identified as Hardeep Singh Shera is arrested.

The 22- year old Shera was accused in the shooting Jagdish Gagneja, Ravinder Gosain, Amit Sharma and Pastor Sultan Masih of Ludhiana and Durga Prasad of Khanna. He belongs to the Majri of Tehsil Amloh in Fatehgarh Sahib District.

Belonging to Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF), Police had arrested four accused, earlier for their involvement in the killing of RSS state vice-president Brigadier (Retd) Jagdish Gagneja, Punjab Shiv Sena labour wing head Durga Prasad Gupta, Sri Hindu Takht publicity manager Amit Sharma, Dera Sacha Sauda followers Satpal Kumar and his son Ramesh, pastor Sultan Masih and Ludhiana RSS leader Ravinder Gosain.
