Shah took a jibe and said, “Congress has outsourced the complete elections and ‘Target Modi’ is the only prime agenda of Congress party.”

Recalling the previous regimes Shah urged people to reject the KHAM plank invoked by Congress leadership. The BJP Chief slammed then Congress-led UPA government for stalling the various development projects of Gujarat under the tenure of then Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
