New Delhi, Nov 30: In order to streamline the objections raised against the content of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Padmavati”, the parliamentary panel will discuss the burning issue with makers of period drama. According to media reports, the 30-member parliamentary under the Chairmanship of MP Anurag Thakur would discuss the range of controversial issue irrupted by the epic drama.

The 30-member parliamentary panel also includes actor-MPs like Paresh Rawal and Raj Babbar. As reported by The Hindu, the legislative panel has requested director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and CBFC Chairperson and veteran lyricist Prasoon Joshi to put forth their case in front of the panel.

The Deepika Padukone starrer flick was earlier scheduled to release on December 1 but due to massive protest from various fringe groups, makers have deferred the release of the most anticipated movie of Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
