Miss World meets Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the man she has ” looked up to”

New Delhi, November 30: No success makes you happy if it’s not welcomed by your countrymen and loved ones. Manushi Chillar, who conquered the world with help of her intelligent answers on the stage of Miss World beauty pageant met Narendra Modi and the Chief Minister of her native state Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar. The happy girl felt extremely delighted after meeting the leaders.

The graceful beauty looked more beautiful in typical Indian attire, a white Anarkali Churidar when she went to meet Prime Minister Modi earlier in the day. Both before and after the meeting she expressed her excitement to meet the leader who she has always looked up to.

She also met Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar later in her hometown Kurukhestra. She was gifted Vagabat Gita, the core philosophical book of Indian culture. She met the dignitaries along with her parents.

After more than an era, she brought the Miss World crown to India after Priyanka Chopra’s win in 2000. In last round, she left the judges stunning, with the answer to the question which profession in the world deserves the highest salary.
