Parvathy reacts strongly against trolls, reports cyber cell

Ernakulam, December 27: Veteran Actress Parvathy, known for her blunt remarks has finally taken a legal recourse against the alleged online hate campaign on various social media platforms. The Malayalam actress came under the fire over her comments on Mammootty starrer 'Kasaba'.

Parvathy expressed her reservations on some malicious dialogues on women. The award-winning actor in her recent interaction at International Film Festival of Kerala spoke about the stereotypical approach adopted by a large section of filmmakers.

 
 

Reacting to the personal attacks, Kerala Finance Minister Thomas Isaac came forward in support of Parvathy. He slammed alleged fans for making deplorable comments against the actress. On Tuesdays, Parvathy officially filed the complaint with cyber cell and the CMO.

As reported by The Hindu, confirming the development, Ernakulam South Police informed that some profiles are being investigated for getting a clear picture of the case. According to The News Mint, Cyber cell is monitoring the fake accounts and sought the information from Twitter in this regard.

The 29-year-old beauty, after making a super hit forty into Hindi film industry with Qarib Qarib Single has recently conferred with the ‘Best Actress’ award at International Film Festival of India held in Goa. The versatile actress also works in Malayalam, Tamil movies.
