Pyongyang, December 7: Tension in Korean Peninsula has led to a question worldwide- is another war approaching fast? The new statement of North Korea has made the fear more prominent. North Korea’s foreign ministry said the outbreak of war on the Korean peninsula is inevitable as military drills are being carried out by the United States and South Korea.

“The large-scale nuclear war exercises conducted by the U.S. in succession are creating a touch-and-go situation on the Korean Peninsula and series of violent war remarks coming from the U.S. high-level politicians amid such circumstances have made an outbreak of war on the Korean peninsula an established fact. The remaining question now is: when will the war break out,” a spokesman of North Korean Foreign Ministry quoted by North Korea’s state-run news agency KCNA.

Since last week, tension in Korean Peninsula has risen as the nuclear freak country launched a powerful missile which could hit entire US mainland. After few days of the launch, the US and South Korea launched a large-scale air exercise on Monday. The drill is involving more than 230 warplanes and around 12,000 personnel. Six F-22 Raptors and six F-35As have been deployed temporarily to Korea for the practice.

Moreover, United States flew a B-1B supersonic bomber over South Korea as a part of “show of force” in Korean Peninsula. It’s a clear indication of US warning to North Korea.
