Better IT fracture will boost employment rate: Nara Lokesh

Amravati, Sept 15: In order to improve the rate of in the state of Andhra Pradesh Cabinet Minister Nara Lokesh said that state government is looking forward for an effective eco-system which can offer ample scope for employment generation with the help of advanced IT and other technologies.

Speaking to the media the young IT Minister mentioned that he wants to see Andhra Pradesh as the emerging Information Technology hub. He also thanked central Government for the clearance of much awaited Centre of Excellence for Internet of Things (IoT).

 

Expressing concern about the post bifurcation status of IT sector in AP Lokesh asserted that the state enjoys only 0.5% of IT export market whereas the neighboring state Telangana has 99.5% share of IT exports.

Informing about the mega IT event the minister declared that state government will hold a two-day long international business conference on blockchain technology at Visakhapatnam schedule on 9th and 10th of October.
