Pyongyang, September 17: While half of Japan is already scared about the North Korean threat, the leader of the country Kim Jong Un said despite "limitless" international sanctions nearly completed the building of its nuclear weapons force. The main goal is to obtain a "capacity for a nuclear counterattack the US cannot cope with". It wants to reach a military “equilibrium” with the US.
The state-run media of North Korea, the Korean Central News Agency said Kim expressed great satisfaction over Friday’s missile test. The test verified the “combat efficiency and reliability” of the missile and the success of efforts to increase its power.
“As recognized by the whole world, we have made all these achievements despite the U.N. sanctions that have lasted for decades,” the news agency quoted Kim.
The statements of Kim indicate a complex situation from more missile tests from Pyongyang. Kim said final goal “is to establish the equilibrium of real force with the U.S. and make the U.S. rulers dare not talk about a military option” for North Korea.
