Nagpur, September 22: President Ramnath Kovind touched Nagpur in the morning where he received a warm welcome by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari along with other officials from Nagpur. Heading ahead to ‘Deekshabhoomi’ President Ramnath Kovind paid tributes to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and Lord Buddha. 

On his first visit to Maharashtra after taking charge as President, Ramnath Kovind inaugurated ‘Dragon Palace’- International Meditation Centre in Kpamtee.

 
 

From Deekshabhoomi he left for Ramtek by road and visited Shantinath Jain Temple.Further the President will also attend the inauguration programme of Suresh Bhatt auditorium at Reshimbagh in the evening. pasting. He will leave for New Delhi at around 5.25 pm today.
