Congress Govt is playing vote bank politics in Karnataka; will uproot it from roots: Amit Shah

Bengaluru, January 10: With an aim to uproot Congress from all the 224 seats, Bhartiya Janata Party Chief Amit Shah addressed Karnataka rally. Hitting out at Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Bhartiya Janata Party BJP Chief Amit Shah asked what Siddaramaiah did for the state. 

Addressing Nava Karnataka Nirmana Parivartana Yatre, Amit Shah hit out at CM Siddaramaiah for the condition Karnataka state is in. Further Amit Shah said that "this Congress government of Karnataka is doing vote bank politics, it is an anti-Hindu govt. They have withdrawn all cases against Socialist Democratic Party of India (SDPI), which is an anti-India organization."

 

Talking about the "anger among farmers and youth", Shah added that the Congress should count its last days in the state. He informed that the Centre had allotted close to Rs 219000 Crore to Karnataka, and questioned the implementation of the money under the Congress’s government.

“I have come to answer the CM’s question on what has centre done for Karnataka… In 13th Finance Commission under UPA Rs.88,583 Crore was allocated for Karnataka, under our government,” he said. “But where did all the money given by the centre go?” he asked.

Aggrieved against Congress government, Amit Shah said that “this Congress govt. will not last long. They will be behind the bars once BJP forms the govt. in the state.”

This ‘Parivartan Yatra’ is a 75-days long campaign which will cater 224 constituencies. BJP Chief Amit Shah received a warm welcome during the launch of the Parivartan Yatra. After taking the stage over Amit Shah enthusiastically encouraged the audience to chant ‘Bharat Mata Ki’ and spoke over the issues. Kicking off this Yatra, he talked about the missions of the campaign. This Yatra not only aims to uproot the Siddaramaiah’s government, rather this Yatra aims to bring the change in the Karnataka’s overall condition.
