New Delhi, January 11: It’s official that Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu is set to arrive in India on 14th January for his India’s 6 days visit. PM of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu to arrive India on 14th Jan on a 6-day visit to India, said Raveesh Kumar, Spokesperson for Ministry of External Affairs.

The whole world was the witness when Prime Minister Narendra Modi received the red carpet welcome during his Israel visit. This coming week will have Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu visiting India.

The Israel-India friendship relations were defined on different level when PM Modi and PM Netanyahu joined hands together to take forward their relations in the fields on defense, agriculture and empowering young minds.

This will be the second time where Israel Prime Minister will be visiting India; as almost 15 years ago Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon came to India in 2003. Sharon’s visit was the first by an Israeli Prime Minister after diplomatic relations were established between the two countries in 1992.

Meanwhile PM Benjamin Netanyahu said back “In the past year, I have visited all continents besides Antarctica. And in January, I will make a reciprocal visit to my dear good friend, Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, whose population is a significant part of humanity.”

Also PM Modi’s visit to Israel in July 2017 was termed “historic” by Netanyahu as it happened 25 years after the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

PM Modi will receive Netanyahu in Gujarat. Later PM Netanyahu will hold official meetings with top leadership in New Delhi on Jan. 15 and 16. PM Netanyahu may also make a stop at Agra before heading back to Israel on Jan. 18. A visit to Mumbai is also on the cards for the Israeli leader on Jan. 17 where he is likely to make a stop at the Jewish Chabad House, which was a site of the 2008 terrorist attack in Mumbai.
