Bravo! JK Samba police solves land dispute case within three days after arresting three culprits

Samba, January 15: Jammu and Kashmir is a very sensitive state due to various anti-India activities including terrorism, drug mafias and domestic crimes and therefore police and other security forces have to remain extra alert. However, doing a commendable job, Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba Police have solved a sensational case within three days.

 

Notably, Samba Police arrested the three culprits who were responsible for attacking Sain Dass and his family members to capture their land illegally and solved the old land dispute within three days. As per police in an old land dispute at Rarian between two parties namely Sain Dass R/o Rarian and Kamal Singh R/o Kothey Pathania, the party of Sain Dass lodged a report that the other party in an attempt to grab a piece of land, attacked them and injured them seriously. In this regard FIR NO. 02/2018 U/S 307, 147,149,447 RPC 3/25, 4/25 Arms Act registered at PS Ramgarh after which the probe was launched immediately.

Anil Magotra, SSP Samba acting immediately formed a special team under the supervision of Abhishek Sharma, SDPO Vijaypur and SI Bansi Lal, SHO Ramgarh. The special teams after being constituted aided different locations within and outside the State and arrested the main accused Rakesh Kumar alias Bittu Kabadia and other two Dalip Singh and Sandeep Singh.

After the arrest, three accused were interrogated strictly who divulged that the other two are outside State probably under treatment. As reportedly, it was learned that they two were injured. It is pertinent to mention here that Rakesh Kumar alias Bittu Kabadia is also involved in some other cases previously registered at PS Ramgarh and became a cause of resentment among the public.

Meanwhile, as soon as the police arrested these three accused and solved the case in a very less time, the locals of the area have appreciated the timely and swift action by the department.
