New Delhi, January 15: Reacting to the issues raised by four senior Supreme Court judges over the allocation of PILs, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy said that segregation or categorization of cases does not make any sense as all cases are equally important.

Speaking to the leading news agency, the Rajya Sabha MP asserted that categorization of cases based on position is not a good practice for India judiciary. He underlined that all judges are equal in terms of work allotment and there should not be a categorization in it.

Recently, four supreme court Judges Justices J Chelameswar, Ranjan Gogoi, M B Lokur and Kurian Joseph accused CJI Dipak Misra of alleged selective allocation of cases.
