Amaravati, January 18: In a bid to cater the requirements of innovative start-up companies, the government of Andhra Pradesh will be launching a comprehensive innovation fund with the whopping budget of Rs 100-crore. Addressing the gathering on the launch of AP chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs, (TiE) Amaravati IT Minister Lokesh mentioned that TDP government under the leadership of Chandra Babu Naidu would provide world-class ecosystem and resources for the betterment of aspiring entrepreneurs.

Elaborating on the proposed policy framework, the minister stated that special attention for the establishment of basic infrastructure will be the first and foremost priority of state government. Recollecting the previous projects handled by AP Innovation Society, Lokesh underlined that the state-run innovation think tank has efficiently dealt with the aspects like innovative Ideas, incubating, mentoring. The Andhra Pradesh IT minister hoped that TiE Amaravati chapter would add value to the growth of start-up ecosystem in the state.
