Paris, January 24: We sometimes think that if we can fly then what interesting that experience would be, these fantasies of childhood are now real as an inventor has minted the machine which can fly and give you an enormous experience.

It’s kind of Segway of the sky. ‘Ezfly’ is the creation of Frenchman Franky Zapata, who first hit the headlines with his Flyboard device that uses a water jetpack to propel users into the air. His latest invention uses jet thrusters to push you through the air, at a top speed of 80 miles per hour (130 km/h). Footage of the gadget in action shows a number of riders taking the controls as they zoom up and away.

In a written statement on Zapata's website, a spokesman for the firm said: 'A champion jet ski racer wanted to fly, so he designed his own jet-powered hoverboard. 'Zapata is changing the future of personal aviation and achieving things no one thought possible. 'Now the Ezfly is being considered for use by the military.’

To control the Ezfly, you stand on a small baseboard which is equipped with a series of jet thrusters. Holding two handgrips that come up from the base, then rise up into the air and zoom around, steering with your bodyweight.
