What about maintainability of Sunanda Pushkar case: Apex court to Subramanian Swamy

New Delhi, January 29: Responding to the petition filed by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy who has been pursuing Sunanda Pushkar murder case, the apex court today has directed Swamy to present more substantial documents in this regard. Questioning the maintainability of Sunanda Pushkar case, the Supreme Court bench announced that it will hear the matter in three weeks.

Earlier, the Rajya Sabha MP had challenged the order passed by Delhi High Court for quashing his petition demanding constitution of Special Investigation Team to probe the high profile murder of Sunanda Pushkar, wife of former Union Minister and Congress MP Shashi Tharoor. In January 2014, Pushkar had been found dead in her room at a Delhi hotel under mysterious circumstances.
