Tremors of earthquake shake North India; Centre traces to the Hindukush Mountain in Afghanistan

New Delhi, January 31: Today the tremors of the earthquake were felt in Kashmir valley, New Delhi and other parts of North India. The magnitude of this earthquake was 6.2 on the Richter scale, while the centre of the earthquake was in the Hindukush area on the Afghan-Tajikistan border. 

 

The tremors of this earthquake were felt in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and Haryana in India besides Afghanistan and Pakistan. Many people came out of the house as soon as the shocks were felt. At present, there is no news of any damage to life and property due to this earthquake.


 
This is the centre of an earthquake which traced to Hindukush Mountains where the earthquake hit with the magnitude of 6.1 Richter Scale. People shared the images and reactions on Twitter after the earthquake left its impact.
