New Delhi, Oct 10: Expressing serious concern over the horrifying reports of sexual harassment, Senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Tuesday said that people should refrain from being judgemental about the timing of #MeToo movement.
As quoted by ANI, the Rajya Sabha MP opined that one should not undermine the serious charges of rape or any other sexual harassment even if it happened long time ago. Welcoming the #MeToo drive, Swamy demanded protection for the victims of sexual harassment.
Earlier, Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi assured that strict action will be taken against those who are involved in the heinous crime of sexual harassment.
