# MeToo: Nadigar Sangam to set up Internal Complaints Committee
As reported by The News Minute, key office bearers of Nadigar Sangam which includes President Nasser and Treasurer Karthi on Monday chaired a crucial meeting and took the call on internal grievance Committee.
The internal panel will address the issues faced by the artist working in different departments. Internal Complaints Committee will follow the guidelines of Vishaka committee. The Tamil film association also assured about the redressal ecosystem for the Tamil Film Producers Council.

Telugu film industry has already formed a platform called VOW (Voice of Women) to address the issues of sexual harassment faced by the women artist. Under this activity, Voice of Women will look after the cases filed by women workforce who are associated with different departments of filmmaking. The film body consists of actresses, women directors and technicians in Telugu film industry.
