New Delhi, Oct 5: Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy today called on Union Minister Rajnath Singh at his residence. Kumaraswamy along with former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda sought more central assistance for the flood-rehabilitation work, especially at Kodagu.

The Chief Minister briefed Home Minister over the ongoing drought situation in the state. The JD(S) leader also informed about the Debt Relief Act 2018 announced by the Karnataka government.
Later, the Karnataka Chief Minister met Union Surface transport minister Nitin Gadkari and discussed issues related to National Highways and other infrastructure projects.
