Mumbai, Oct 9: Maharashtra State Commission for Woman today summoned actor Nata Patekar, Rakesh Sarang, and Choreographer Ganesh Acharya in the alleged molestation case registered by the actress Tanushree Dutta.

Speaking to the media, Vijaya Rahatkar, the Chairperson of Maharashtra State Commission for Women said that the cognizance of the matter raised by the actress has been taken the panel and asked Tanushree to appear before the commission within 10 days. The Commission directed actor Nata Patekar and others to submit their accounts within 10 days, she informed.

Nana is facing charges of sexual harassment on the sets of 2008 film Horn 'Ok' Please. Dutta’s allegation on veteran actor Nana Patekar had triggered the controversy. In her recent media interaction, she claimed that her family members were intimidated for raising voice against the unruly behavior of the award-winning actor.
