Bengaluru, Nov 16: launching a frontal attack on Mining baron Gali Janardhana Reddy, Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy said that stern action will be taken against those who are involved in the Ambient money laundering case.

Gali Janardhana Reddy, a former minister came under the scanner of investigative agencies for his alleged involvement in the high-profile money laundering case. On Wednesday, Reddy who was released on bail took a swipe at H Kumaraswamy and termed the police action as the political revenge engineered by the Chief Minister.

Denying Reddy’s accusation, the JD(S) leader said that his government has nothing to do with the graft case and never believed in revenge politics as described by the former Minister.

Referring to Gali Janardhana Reddy’s recent affidavit, Kumaraswamy said, “Affidavit presented by Reddy is nothing but the admission of the crime for which he should be reprimanded”.
