Warangal, Nov 26: BJP National President Amit Shah on Sunday accused Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao of minority appeasement in order to garner the votes. Addressing the poll rally here, Shah stated that 12 percent reservation proposed by the KCR was against the constitutional framework.

Taking a swipe at ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi, the BJP National President stated that Narendra Modi led BJP government will not approve the dangerous move of the Telangana Chief Minister. Earlier, the Telangana assembly under the leadership of KCR passed a legislation demanding 12 percent reservation in jobs and education for backward sections belonging to the Muslim community.

Questioning the decision of early polls, Shah said that Chandrasekhar Rao is less concern about the newly formed state but more inclined towards the welfare of his own family members, The Rajya Sabha MP claimed that people of Telangana are now suffering from an additional burden because of Chief Minister’s personal ambitions.

Coming down heavily on the regime of K Chandrasekhar Rao, Shah slammed Telangana Rashtra Samithi for not implementing the pro-people schemes of the Central government. He further added that KCR has miserably failed to implement the poll promises made during the 2014 polls.
