Nizamabad, November 27: Leaving no stones unturned the political parties have announced the bugle of breakthrough campaigning in the five states where the assembly elections have been scheduled. As Telangana with Rajasthan goes on poll on December 7, Prime Minister Narendra Modi assures the people of New Telangana aimed with development and progress at a fast pace.

Addressing the public rally in Nizamabad, PM Modi expressed his happiness that the supporters have come forward in showing their support to Bhartiya Janata Party. Exclaiming, PM Modi said, “There are elections in five states and wherever I have had the opportunity to visit, the enthusiasm of people is immense. I thank the people for their faith in the BJP’s development agenda.”

Engaging a strong remark on the report of Telanagana, PM Modi said that the state of Telangana was formed after a lot of struggle and the sacrifices given by youths. No one has the right to overshadow this sacrifice. The Telangana Government has done no progress in the last 4.5 years of its power and now people believe in BJP to form a New Talenga, a new India of trust and development. Owing to the slogan, ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’, PM Modi stated that people need ‘vikas’ in the state and they believe will be given by the BJP.

Taking a dig at the Telangana Chief Minister, PM Modi said that the Chief Minister had said that he will transform Nizamabad into London. But looking at the condition of this region, the region lacks development. With Telangana not opting the Ayushmaan Bharat scheme, PM Modi asserted that Chief Minister of the state feels too insecure and refused to connect the state with the scheme of Ayushman Bharat.

Hitting on the Chief Minister, PM Modi said that Ayushmaan Bharat was launched 2 months ago, 3 lakh families have availed its benefits. Serious operations have been done, people’s lives have been saved. Yet, not a single person from Telangana availed its benefits, your CM is responsible for it.

Asserting of ensuring gas connections to the people of Telangana, PM Modi promised that he will ensure free gas connections to all poor. Five lakh people in Telangana have benefitted from this scheme. Under Ujjawala Scheme free gas connections have been provided to 5 lakh families in Telangana by our government.

Slamming Congress and TRS on dynasty politics, PM Modi said that Congress as well as TRS, both the parties believe in dynastic politics. They are two sides of same coin. Both the parties appease the minority, both the parties believe in vote-bank politics, none of them have internal democracy. The Chief Minister of Telangana and the Congress are a “family-ruled parties”, playing “friendly match” in Telangana polls. Because of this, the Telephone banking by the Congress Party led to indiscriminate lending by the banks during the period of 2008-2014.

Telangana will go to polls on December 7 along with Rajasthan. The state Legislative Assembly has 119 seats. At present, the TRS of K Chandrasekhar Rao is in the majority with 90 seats. The assembly was dissolved on September 6, more than 8 months ahead of the expiry of its term by chief minister KCR. The counting of polls will take place on December 11.
