New Delhi, Nov 29: Senior BJP leader an Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy is quite confident about his party’s poll prospects. Responding to the bumper voter turnout in the Poll-bound states, Swamy predicted that BJP will retain the Hindi heartland.

The former Union Minister took to Twitter and predicted a decent performance in the states like Telangana and Mizoram where it does not have much organizational existence.

The Rajya Sabha MP mentioned that Telangana BJP will improve its previous tally from 5 to 30 whereas it will form coalition govt in the North-eastern state of Mizoram.

He went on saying that a combination of Hindutva, better anti-corruption record, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pet project Ujjawala will be the decisive factor.

After Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Mizoram all eyes are on Telangana and Rajasthan. The two states will go to polls on December 7 and results will be out on December 11.
