Amaravati, Nov 5: The state capital of Andhra Pradesh is all set to witness the second edition of Social Media Summit and Awards. The two-day event will begin from November 9.

This year, more than 1000 delegates from diverse backgrounds and fields, 350 prominent social media influencers and 40 acclaimed speakers will participate in the mega Social Media Summit. Participants will discuss and deliberate on the effects of the emerging digital platforms. 

Special emphasis would be given to the use-case of the technology behind the industry and connect with top-notch social media companies and thought-leaders to collaborate and raise conversations about the future of increasing products and services based on social media.

A brainchild of Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, Social Media Summit and Awards is is being organized to explore and traverse various trends in Social Media for educating people about its favorable impact on business and governance.

 Veterans like legendary Cricketer VVS Laxman, Actress, and Social Media Activist Swara Bhaskar, Kushboo Veteran Actor and Politician, Anurag Batra, Chairman Business World, Winny Patro, CEO Innovation, GoAP, Lavin Mirchandini, Founder Get Evangalised, Deepak Ramola, Influencer and Changemaker; Founder Project Fuel, Danish Sait, Comedian, Ankur Mehra, Head Media Partnerships, Facebook, Mayuk Choudury, CEO Milaap will address the grand event.

Rockstar composer Devi Sri Prasad, Shirley Setia, Singer Arman Malik, actress Pranitha Subhash, Hebah Patel, Shubra Aiyappa will set the stage on fire on gala night. Cine artist Samantha Akkineni, Kajal Agarwal Sudhir Babu, Vedhika, Sushant will grace the award ceremony.

Last year, Baahubali actor Rana Daggubati, Deepika Padukone had won the award for the most popular Indian Actress on Social Media whereas Rana Daggubati was chosen for the Most Active South Indian Actor on Social Media. Young composer Anirudh Ravichander had won the title for the Most Popular Indian Musician on Social Media and RJ Balaji was awarded for Best Usage of Social Media for a Social Cause.
