Witness the heroic saga of India’s fiercest warrior Rani Laxmibai; Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika Trailer out

 

After the resounding success of Bajarangi Bhaijan and Baahubali series, veteran writer V. Viyeyandra Prasad is back with yet another masterpiece called Manikarnika.

Under the prestigious banner of Zee Studios, Kamal Jain in association with Nishant Pitti is producing the man magnum opus. Directed by Veteran filmmaker Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi, fondly known as Krish, Manikarnika will be a tribute to India’s fiercest warrior Rani Laxmibai.

Besides Kangana, the star-stubbed flick has an ensemble cast which includes Jishu Sengupta, Suresh Oberoi, Danny Denzongappa, Atul Kulkarni, Ankita Lokhande, Misti, Unnati Davera, Zeeshan Ayub, Rajeev kacharo, Nihar Pandya, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Manish Wadhwa.

For Manikarnika, acclaimed writer and poet Prasoon Joshi has penned the songs and powerful dialogues, whereas celebrated composer Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy scored tunes. Costumes are designed by Neeta Lulla.

Considered to be a visual treat, Zee Studios will release Manikarnika The Queen of Jhansi in Imax format. In order to capture potential market down south, Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika will also be presented in Tamil and Telugu.
