Bengaluru, Dec 3: Former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that Co- committee will take the final call on the long-pending Cabinet expansion. Speaking to the media on Sunday, the senior Congress leader said that deliberate attempts are being made to disturb the cordial relations between the coalition partners.

Taking a dig at BJP, the formal Chief Minister said that JD(S)-Congress coalition government BJP leaders are living in the fool’s paradise. He was referring to Yeddyurappa’s claim that post-expansion, Kumaraswamy government will fall. He asserted that the incumbent government will complete its full tenure.

When asked about the internal tussle among Congress lawmakers, Siddaramaiah said that Congress workers are not after Ministerial post and the decision of Co- committee will be final.

The much-anticipated meeting of coordination committee headed by Siddaramaiah will be held on December 5. Ahead of the state legislative session which is scheduled on December 10, JD(S)-Congress is likely to clear the names of probable candidates for Kumaraswamy cabinet.
