But what is being investigated that is being resulted in penalties it ultimately results in a conviction. That is the real test of investigative agency. For the credibility of investigative agencies, It is absolutely necessary to that the DRI endeavors maximize the penalty, rate success it being upheld in appeal, case picks up for prosecution resulted in convictions.
