London, February 1: Headaches are very common in everyday life. We usually ignore it or take pain killers to suppress but if we little did know that headaches can be killer like other severe diseases. According to new research conducted by a primary care physician Dr. Michael Munger, frequent headaches can lead to severe brain diseases.

We usually see headaches as a side-effect of stressful day or cold and cough. Paracetamol becomes our savior in these cases. But peeps, this is not as simple as you think. The research clearly warns people to be more conscious about headaches. Frequent headaches could point that someone is having more critical conditions like aneurysm or brain tumors.

“You don’t want people to overreact, but you also don’t want them to underreact,” Munger told as he was shocked to see the number of patients who ignore their headaches when they arise, simply choosing to grin and bear the pain.

The Researcher belives that if a person has more than two headaches a week for longer than a fortnight, then they should must opt for medical advice. There are mainly three types of headaches including sinus and migraine.

Munger said in a statement that, “When I do routine physicals, I’ll ask about headaches. Some people just live with it. Tension headaches derive from muscle tension and also migraines, and they start at the back of the head, then radiate up and over the crown.”
