Abu Dhabi, February 10: To honour the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in UAE, World's tallest tower Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame illuminated with LEDs in the colors of the Indian tricolor.

Iconic Burj Khalifa, the headquarters of state-owned oil company Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and the building hailed as the world's largest picture frame, Dubai Frame, were seen glittering in the colours of the Indian flag, a day before the Prime Minister's scheduled arrival in the country.

During his four-day visit, Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to hold discussions with Palestine President Mahmoud Abbas and reaffirm India’s support for the Palestinian people and the development of Palestine. PM Modi will be the first-ever prime minister to visit Palestine.

After Palestine, he will embark to UAE on February 10-11 and will wrap up the tour in Oman on 12th. He is slated to address the 6th edition of the World Government Summit in Dubai, where India is the guest country. Modi said he will engage with leading UAE and Arab CEOs in Dubai on the vast economic opportunities in India and what more can be done to bolster business collaboration.

PM Modi will reach Abu Dhabi on Saturday evening and where he will be given a ceremonial reception before meeting the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at the Presidential palace.

Describing the Gulf country as a “valued strategic partner”, PM Modi said that India has fast-tracked cooperation with the UAE in all major spheres, including economy, energy, high technology and security.
