Commenting on the speech of Rahul Gandhi at Ballari, Kumar said that upcoming Karnataka assembly polls would reflect the so-called development under the leadership of Siddaramaiah.Taking a dig at the Congress president, the Union Minister rejected the comparing theory coined by Gandhi.
