CM Raman gives mantras for students to beat exam stress

Raipur, February 12: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh stressed upon the need for children to keep physically and mentally fit during the examination season ahead. He cited the example of Swami Vivekanand and encouraged the children to focus on the ensuing examinations. He wished them well.

The Chief Minister called upon the parents to encourage their wards with love, compassion and courage. Chief Minister advised the students to make a time-table, have diet on time, sleep well exercise a bit.

 

Raman Singh advised the students to keep away from televisions, mobile phones, lap-tops and radio. Walk a bit to keep physically active. Eyes need rest.

Singh was addressing the monthly Akashvani broadcast 'Raman Ke Goth' (30th Edition). It was broadcast live on all the AIR stations across the State. There was palpable excitement among the rural populace and farmers on the broadcast.

Chief Minister said that students should not get worked-up over the examinations and the solution lies in external circumstances as well as internally. If the students plan their studies then there will be no tension. The students should make best use of the time in between the examinations. Prepare a time-table and make best use of the time available.
