‘Aapki Raay Aapka Budget’: Uttarakhand CM lays red carpet for public suggestions for Budget 2018

Dehradun, February 18: A real government is that which is of the people, by the people and for the people. Keeping in mind this mantra, Trivendra Rawat Government has decided to prepare the state's budget only with the suggestions of the people. Prior to finalizing the budget, the government will go among the people of every section of society and ask for their suggestions. This program is named as ‘Aapki Raay Aapka Budget.’

The state government will start the budget session of the Legislative Assembly from March 20. It will present a budget for the fiscal year 2018-19. The government wants that the budget of this time to be more and more of public utility and relief to the public. Therefore, the government will prepare the budget after a proper planning.

CM Trivendra Singh himself is taking interest in taking the suggestions from farmers, women by conducting programs at various places.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister in the matter of public opinion on the budget, says that a healthy and inclusive budget is in which the suggestions of all sections of the society should be included. That is why it is extremely important that they reach all sections of society and get their suggestions. For this, people will not have to go anywhere to give their suggestions; rather I will go to the people myself and get their suggestions and opinions.
