Bardhhaman (West Bengal), February 19: Union Minister Babul Supriyo said that artists from the terrorist country like Pakistan do not deserve the red carpet treatment from Indian creative fraternity. Speaking to the media Supriyo urged Indian artists to take a firm stand on the issue of atrocities against the Indian soldiers who are constantly being targeted by neighboring country with frequent ceasefire violations.

The maverick singer underlined that attempts like cricket and music diplomacy have failed miserably as every time Pakistan had foiled the peace talks initiated by the Indian government. The Young BJP leader demanded that people should stop entertaining Pakistani artist in the name of art and culture. Underlining the importance of celebrity appeal, Babul mentioned that Hindi Film Industry and Cricket board should take a final call on projects involving Pakistani artists and players.
