Jharkhand will lay red carpet for over 7000 participants for its IT conclave

Ranchi, February 22: With over 7000 participants, It department of Jharkhand is going to organize an It Conclave on February 25. This conclave will prove as a guide for entrepreneurs, innovators, and startups all over the state.

The event held at Nehru Stadium in Dhurwawill be inaugurated by the Chief Minister Raghubar Das. And also dignitaries from IIM Ahmedabad and Google will show the innovators and start-ups the way to become successful businessmen and job creators.

"The objective of the conclave, organized by the state IT and e-governance department, is to bring innovators, entrepreneurs and rural BPOs (common service centers) to a common platform. We expect more than 7,000 people at the conclave," said IT director U.P. Sah.

 

"We will get a confirmation on the names of the speakers by Thursday," said D.S. Verma, JIL programme manager.

"The start-ups were judged on the basis of their genuineness and value of their ideas during the boot camps. After selection, the start-ups were advised on removing the flaws to make their ideas commercially viable," said Verma.

Certificates would be given to those who will participate in the conclave.
