Hyderabad, February 5: Terming Union Budget as pro-farmer and development-friendly Senior Telangana BJP leader Bandaru Dattatreya said that instead of criticizing Union Budget, state government should approach Prime Minister Narendra Modi to resolve all the issues and demands associated with Union Budget.

Speaking to the media here, Dattatreya refuted the claims of TRS and TDP members and maintained that both Telugu States have been receiving ample amount of financial aid from the central government. Earlier, member of ruling parties expressed displeasure over the provisions of Union Budget where the Modi led BJP government did nothing to address the long pending demands of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh especially post bifurcation.

The former Union Minister urged both TRS and TDP member refrain from politicizing the budget and asked state government to inform people about welfare schemes crafted by the Central government.
