Updates on Kedarnath Project: PM Modi reviews the progress through drone

Dehradun, March 1: 2013 calamity affected Kedarnath is now taking shape in accordance with the dreams of PM Narendra Modi. About three hundred workers are engaged in construction work in the PM's dream project.

Prime Minister and his office senior officials are constantly monitoring it. At the same time, the PM saw the ongoing construction work being done through the drone. Prime Minister Modi laid the foundation of five schemes in Kedarnath Dham on October 20 last year. They have also decided to complete the deadline to complete them. Accordingly, the administrative staff is mobilized at the war footing. The progress report of the State Government works is being taken regularly.

Five months later, a glimpse of the PM's dream project has started in Kedarnath Dham. According to the wishes of the PM, the buildings surrounding the temple have been removed and leveled. The Darshan of the temple has started from the confluence of Mandakini and Saraswati River.

 

Nearly 60 percent of the construction of three meters long and fifty feet wide road from temple complex to Sangam has been completed. After the disaster, work on the pedestrian track is also being done to rejuvenate the alienated Garuda Chatti.

The work of widening of the pedestrian route has started from Gaurikund to Kedarnath. The beautification of Shankaracharya Samadhi on the back of the Kedarnath temple is yet to be completed. At present, five hundred crore rupees have been fixed. As the new work adds up to it, the budget will move in the same way.

PM Modi can come to have darshan of Kedarnath on the opening ceremony on April 29.
