Amritsar, March 13: Our nation, India has never left humanity against anyone whether it may be India’s friend or enemy country. Same was the situation occurred on Monday. In a goodwill gesture, the Border Security Force (BSF) handed over a Pakistani woman, to Pakistan Rangers, who had inadvertently crossed into Indian Territory in the Amritsar sector in Punjab on Monday.

She had crossed the international boundary inadvertently and entered Indian territory. The Pakistan Rangers were contacted and the apprehended lady was handed over to being an inadvertent border crosser on humanitarian grounds.

According to a tweet of BSF “A Pak national (lady) was handed over to Pak Rangers by #BSF on humanitarian grounds. She was apprehended by troopers of 88 Bn this afternoon in the area of Post Mullakot, when she crossed IB inadvertently & entered into Indian territory.”

This is not the first time that Indian Jawans have handed over Pakistani citizens back to their soil. Last year in July likewise BSF had released a Pakistani Lady named Nimmo to Rangers.

Security along the 553-km long international border in Punjab with Pakistan is always on high alert.
