The second WHC will be held from September 7 – 9, 2018 at the Westin Hotel, Chicago, USA from 7-9 September, 2018. Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard is the Chairperson for WHC 2018, and Raju Reddy is the Vice-Chairperson.
